2.      Secondly a person should start eating healthy food for proteins and vitamin because mineral fight with the fat inside in your body.

3.      Chocolate is one of the most fatty and most eatable things in the world for losing the weight we should avoid the chocolate.

4.      Every product has their expiration date we should look at that before eating that thing and should be more careful in case of medicine.

5.      Some fishes which are caught from the deep sea are harmful and should not be eaten by us but it is the duty of government to band this type of fish in entering in the city to sell.

6.      Don’t waste your money, time and health on purchasing and having vitamins and minerals tablets because in start it seems to be very good but afterwards it harms human body.

7.      We should more careful about calorie in any kind eatable food. Mostly people do not do that. It is very important to find this label and any product which does not have this label then we should not purchase it.

8.      Start doing exercise in gym not at home because in start we tired early and at home we leave it when we tired but at gym trainer encourage us to have more exercise.
